Chain of outlets across India

Ms. Asha from Piramyd had called for free Slips against branding at their outlets.

There were number of meeting between the Piramyd team Abhishek, Bipin and discussions headed by C.C.O from TravelPort exchange of mails for cross promotions and cross selling of products. We had also propose during our meeting opening of TravelPort outlets at all Piramyd venues. However from TravelPort behalf we were persistently emphasing on VACPAC.

We initialize the deal by giving them 10000 Save Slips of Rs.400 & Rs 100 for the members of Piramyd power club.
The piramyd club members on purchase of product worth Rs.2500/- were entitled for free mmebrship card and Save Slip of Rs.400 for purchase of domestic product & Rs.100/- on purchase of Air Ticket from TravelPort.

The initial order was for Save slips 10000 against which we got branding.

Subsequently they were again insisiting for Save Slips to which we refused and they were compel to go in for the Free Holiday Vouchers. However the deal was conditional We had to give the vouchers forehand in bulk to them and they after utilization reverted with the database that they had handed over to X number of customers at different outlets.

The pricing was fixed as such Rs.500 per day utility charges Rs.1500 per day utility charges for International destinations.

Initial order of 200 vacpac with the guarantee to consume 1000 vacpac yearly.
The picture as on date is that they consumed 3000 vouchers for 2 night 3 days wherein the end user pays Rs.500/- per night for domestic destinations and Rs.1500/- per night for international destinations.

Further negotiations are on and we will sell them probably more 10000 either Airpac and or Vacpac

They are also offering us to open Travel outlet at all their venues.
