Spencer is the retail division of RPG Group of Industries. They have their retail outlets spread across India with many outlets in South India. They are slowly moving across India with presence in many II & III tier cities apart from the metros.

1. Regular shopping to build up customer loyalty.
   
2. During the beginning of the year, they wanted to give some benefit to customers who did purchase of more than Rs. 3000 at one time.
   
3. In smaller cities if the did purchase of above Rs. 3000 in a month.

Till date Spencer had not giving any additional product apart from the normal discounts of some of their products. They wanted a product wherein a customer feels that whatever he / she has purchased today is almost free and they have got value for their money. This is where we proposed Vac Pac.

The result and response was one which even Spencer's had not anticipated. They placed the order for Mumbai, Chennai. Within a few days they placed orders for Pune & Aurangabad. The scheme was to be closed within 3 weeks, but even today we are getting orders not only for Chennai but also for branches which had not placed order earlier like Cochin. Their initial requirement was only 2500 units but they ended up placing order for 11000 units. This speaks for itself and how successful this product was.
