WorldSpace wanted their current subscribers to renew their subscription for their digital satellite radio.

Travelport suggested their scheme Fly For Sure to worldspace to offer to their current customers, a scheme where free air tickets can be availed on renewal of subscriptions.

The customers were very excited to get the Free air ticket gift against the renewed subscriptions for the satellite radio channel. There were customers who did not wanted to continue with worldspace, but when they came to know about the Fly For Sure scheme they called up and asked for the scheme in return for the renewals. There were situations where the new clients called and said that they will become worldspace subscribers only if they get the Fly For Sure offer. Worldspace was overwhelmed with the response from the customers.
