5.How to redeem vacation Cards /Certificates?

Step 2:- Booking Process.
a). The Holder can visit TravelPort office to redeem Gift Voucher in person or send by courier along with the booking preferences in easy self explanatory form attached.
b). On Receipt of Inquiry and Gift Voucher, TravelPort will follow up and as per request will proceed with bookings.

Step 3:- Confirmation.
TravelPort will issue the Confirmation Vouchers for the package Tour & Travel services within 72 hours from receiving request for reservation, TravelPort will inform about the Availability and Confirmation of Booking request. (For Up gradation of package the confirmation voucher will be issued on collection of actual difference amount.)

9. What do the gift certificates /cards include and exclude?
This Gift Voucher does not include any other services or facility not mentioned and can be redeemed only once.

10. Are these gift certificates transferable?
The Gift Voucher are non-refundable, non-encashable, non-extendable & non - negotiable, non - changeable, not saleable / transferable and exchangeable for or cash and cannot be gifted by the winner to any one.

11. What if I'm quoted a lower price by someone else?
If you have a price for the vacation you want that's less than our quote, please tell us! Maybe there are differences you or we missed, and perhaps we can better that price, or maybe we're not comparing apples to apples. In some cases, just booking a different flight could save you money. We'll always make the effort to explain any price differences and, if we can do better, we both win!
